Drummonds can provide your Home Information Pack, which you will need if you are selling a house. Our pack is competitively priced and can be produced quickly.

Buy to Let

If you are purchasing a property as an investment let us help you with the purchase. If you intend to buy a property at auction please contact us before the auction if possible as you will need to enter into a binding agreement to purchase the property at the auction. We can also prepare the tenancy agreement for you.

Remortgage

Our dedicated remortgage team aims to complete all remortgages within 7 working days from receipt of the mortgage offer.

Right to Buy

If you rent your council house and want to buy it through the Right to Buy legislation, our specialist team can help. We also have experience of acting for Landlords with Right to Buy properties and can prepare tenancy agreements.

Shared ownership

If you are considering a shared ownership purchase then please call us for advice at an early stage. We have acted for many purchasers of shared ownership properties.

Property in London

Despite being based in North West England, we have considerable experience of London property including leasehold flats. Clients are attracted by our combination of competitive fees and extensive leasehold property knowledge.

When buying leasehold property it is particularly important to carefully consider service charges and maintenance issues. The detailed report which we prepare will help you with this.
