Elisabeth Bellamy

Elisabeth BellamyElisabeth qualified as a solicitor in 1987 after graduating from Oxford University and has worked for some of the largest law firms both in England and Singapore.  Elisabeth is experienced in both Commercial and Residential Property Law. In 2000, Elisabeth became a partner at Drummonds and quickly took over the mantle as managing partner being responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of the practice.

Neill Cartwright

Neil CartwrightNeill obtained an LLB Law Degree from Manchester University and qualified as a solicitor in 1978. Neill joined Drummonds in 1994. Neill specialises in non-contentious residential and commercial property matters and licensing. Neill is the senior partner at Drummonds and his considerable experience enables him to identify the issues in question and deal authoritatively and sensitively with matters, exceeding his clients expectations.

Nick Tuson

Nick TusonNick studied at Liverpool (John Moores) University and spent several years in the building industry before deciding to qualify as a solicitor which he did in 1994. Nick joined Drummonds in 2000 and has specialised in Residential and Commercial Property Matters. Nick has extensive experience of Leasehold transactions. Nick also handles Wills and Probate matters.

Elinor SkinnerElinor has dealt with numerous high value and complicated personal injury claims. Elinor can deal with any type of personal injury claim including Employer Liability. Elinor has specialised in handling personal injury claims for the last 15 years and is a Senior Litigation Solicitor at Drummonds. Elinor relishes the challenge of difficult cases and always fights hard to achieve the best results for her clients.

Paul Magee

Paul MageePaul is a senior solicitor and head of Litigation at Drummonds. Paul has acquired extensive litigation experience since 1995 in a variety of different areas ranging from complex commercial and civil disputes, property litigation, construction and building problems, to professional negligence and personal injury. Paul is a member of the Law Society specialist Personal Injury Panel. Paul also handles divorce and other family work, and is a member of Resolution. Paul's clients have included large corporate entities, individuals and celebrities. A number of Paul’s cases have resulted in either a change to or a clarification of the law.

Kathryn Jolly

Kathryn JollyKathryn qualified as a solicitor in 2000 having studied French, Spanish and business at Brunel University. She has worked for Drummonds since 2001 and deals with residential conveyancing transactions handling sales and purchases. She also has experience of remortgage transactions, transfers of equity and shared ownership schemes. She enjoys seeing that transactions are dealt with as efficiently as possible and liasing with third parties including financial advisors, estate agents and mortgage lenders.

Geth Lloyd

Geth LloydGeth qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and is a Property specialist. Geth deals with clients not only in the UK but also across the globe, acting for clients living in Australia, Dubai and Italy. Geth enjoys working closely with his clients and ensuring that their needs are met at every stage. Geth has considerable experience of both freehold and leasehold transactions.

Tim DennisTim graduated from Leeds University and has been with Drummonds since 2003, qualifying as a solicitor in 2006. Tim specialises in Litigation and Employment disputes and enjoys the challenge provided by his role. Tim particularly enjoys the satisfaction of achieving justice for his clients and overcoming the hurdles before them.

Owain John

Owain JohnOwain read Law at Cardiff University and later went on to qualify as a solicitor in 2008. Owain has experience of pro-bono legal work, personal injury litigation and family law as well as civil and commercial litigation. Owain works within the litigation department undertaking a diverse range of work including personal injury litigation as well as general civil and commercial litigation.

Barbara ThorneBarbara is a licensed conveyancer and has been with Drummonds since 2002. Barbara enjoys her role as it proves to be challenging and interesting at the same time. Barbara handles residential conveyancing and Wills and Probate matters. Barbara currently heads up the Remortgage Team as well as handling a diverse range of residential sale and purchase matters.

Karen VaughanKaren’s many years of experience of working in the legal profession have enabled her to become a conveyancing paralegal at Drummonds specialising in Property Law. Karen has extensive knowledge of local authority Right to Buy schemes as well as general property knowledge.

Joanne O'NeilJoanne has 14 years experience working in the legal profession and has progressed to become a paralegal in the litigation department.
