Fees

Our base in Chester means that we can avoid having to charge the expensive fees associated with firms based in bigger cities such as London, Manchester and Birmingham. Yet the quality of our service remains high as many of our lawyers have worked in firms in these larger cities before joining us.

We aim to charge fees which are reasonable and proportionate to the matter with which we are dealing.

Communication

We believe that our clients do want to know what is happening with regard to their matter. We will update you on a regular basis.

You will always be given the name of the individual lawyer dealing with your matter and will be able to call them or their assistant. If they are not available you have the facility to leave a message and your call with be returned promptly.
